Events By Ri is committed to providing quality products and services. The following policy outlines our terms regarding refunds, returns, cancellations and gift cards.
Change of Mind
Events By Ri does not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.
This includes circumstances where a customer:
no longer requires the product or service;
has purchased an incorrect item or quantity; or
decides they no longer wish to proceed with their purchase.
Physical Products
All physical products should be inspected upon receipt.
Where a product is received damaged, faulty, defective or materially different from the item ordered, customers are required to contact Events By Ri as soon as reasonably practicable and provide relevant details and photographic evidence where applicable.
Where a product is found to have a fault covered by the Australian Consumer Law, Events By Ri will provide the applicable remedy, which may include a repair, replacement or refund.
Personalised and Customised Products
Personalised and customised products are produced specifically to the customer's requirements.
Once production has commenced, personalised or customised products cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded due to a change of mind, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all names, dates, wording, spelling, colours and other information supplied to Events By Ri are correct prior to production.
Gift Cards
Events By Ri gift cards may be issued in physical or electronic form.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash due to a change of mind, except where otherwise required by law.
Gift cards are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase, unless a longer validity period is stated on the gift card.
Gift cards may be redeemed towards eligible Events By Ri products and services. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
Gift cards that have been lost, stolen or used without authorisation will not ordinarily be replaced or refunded, except where required by law.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

At Events By Ri, we offer shipping on selected products and event stationery for customers who require delivery.
Shipping is available at an additional cost, which will be calculated based on the size, weight and destination of your order. Shipping fees will be confirmed prior to dispatch.
Orders are carefully packaged to ensure your items arrive safely and securely. Please allow additional time for postage and delivery when placing your order.
